With the installation of the large solar panel system on the roof, power and heat are provided to all units (except the one-bedroom basement units) at $200/month. One-bedroom units are responsible for their own power connections. All units are responsible for their own water and waste connection.


There are three parking stalls which will be allocated on a first-come basis.  Electric car chargers are available.  Parking rates are $50 in the summer and $100 in the winter.


A one-month damage deposit will be required prior to moving in.


Tenants may have up to one quiet pet per unit. Requests for additional pets are at the owner's discretion.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the units or on the premises at all.
