ENERGY EFFICIENT

Passive buildings use a combination of super insulation, thermal bridge free design, airtight construction , highly insulated windows and innovative heating and cooling equipment to provide a home that is energy efficient, comfortable and ecologically sustainable all at the same time.

SOLAR POWERED

The solar photovoltaic panels combined with high efficiency make the building use 80% less energy than a traditional building – lowering utility costs and taking a measurable step to fight the climate crisis.

Utilities

With the installation of the large solar panel system on the roof, power and heat are provided to all units (except the one-bedroom units) at $200/month. One-bedroom units are responsible for their own power connections. All units are responsible for their own water connection.

Parking

Allocation of the eight onsite parking stalls will be prioritized for the accessible suites, the 3-bedroom, and the 2-bedroom units. Rates are $50/month. A small bike storage area will be available for tenant use.   Street parking is available adjacent to the building.

Deposit

A one-month damage deposit will be required prior to moving in.

Pets

Tenants may have up to one quiet pet per unit. Requests for additional pets are at the owner's discretion.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the units or on the premises at all.
